1.0Introduction#

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of reti-core.com (the “Website”), operated by Reticore (“Reticore”, “we”, “us”), a software engineering company based in Ukraine. By accessing the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website is informational. These Terms cover use of the Website only — any engagement, project, or service agreement between you and Reticore is governed by its own separate contract, not by these Terms.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The current version, with its date, is always published here. Your continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We aim to keep the Website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may change, suspend, or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

The Website may link to third-party sites. They are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Website are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

13.0Waiver and severability#

A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of it. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in force.

14.0Entire agreement#

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Reticore regarding use of the Website.
